Peace Road 2018 in Auckland, New Zealand was held on the 8th of September. This year, it is done as an interfaith peace walk involving youths and faith communities in the Mangere area. The event was co-organized by Mr. Leon Pogoni, Chairman of WSFF New Zealand and Mr. Andrew Halim, a youth volunteer from the Unification Movement. It was supported by our Unification Movement members and attended by about 30 members and guests from various walks of life. We visited Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (LDS Church), Papatuanuku Kokiri Marae and Mangere Baptist Church, walking for a modest total of three kilometers from one place to another together in the spirit of interfaith peace and harmony deeply embedded within the hearts of the youths and participants.
